Wilma's Farmhouse Cheese

This cheese farm is open to visitors. The owners produce a Gouda type cheese which is available from Mild (6 weeks) to very Mature (vintage 2 years and olders) and mixed with either cummin, garlic or cloves. Wilma's are stockists for other farmhouse cheese and local products.

Ballykissane Pier

Located on Ballykissane Pier is a monument to commemorate the loss of life of three Volunteers. In 1916 their car plunged into the sea while they were on the way to Cahirciveen in order to set up radio communications with Sir Roger Casement and the German arms ship Aud.

Caragh Lake Forest

Located on a steep hillside overlooking Caragh Lake this site offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, lakes, Dingle Bay and the Atlantic ocean.

Puck Fair

Puck Fair is one of Ireland's oldest fairs and is held on the 10th-12th of August every year.The main events of the festival include the traditional horse fair, parade and coronation ceremony of King Puck, open air night concerts, fireworks display, children's competitions, street entertainers and dancing displays.
