Recently, the 2026 Experience and Technology Exchange and Promotion Conference on Risk Prevention, Control, and Emergency Management for New Power Systems, along with the release ceremony for Power Industry Benchmark Projects in Risk Prevention, Control, and Emergency Management, was held in Beijing. Hosted by the China Electric Power Equipment Management Association, the conference focused on the construction of a security governance system for new power systems, and showcased advanced achievements and innovative practices from across the national power industry in risk prevention, control, and emergency management. At the conference, with its solid safety management capabilities and mature overseas project control experience, HEI achieved outstanding results, with a total of five overseas projects being recognized as “2026 Power Industry Benchmark Projects for Risk Prevention, Control, and Emergency Management.”
The projects honored as benchmarks this time are the Uzbekistan Syrdarya II Project, the Saudi Nairyah 2 Project, the Saudi Rumah 2 Project, the Pakistan Bhikki O&M Project, and the Tajikistan Dushanbe Overhaul Project, covering multiple overseas markets such as Central Asia and the Middle East, and encompassing diverse business scenarios including engineering construction, O&M, and overhauls. The simultaneous recognition of multiple achievements as industry benchmarks fully demonstrates HEI's outstanding advantages and solid strength in areas such as refined safety risk control for overseas power projects, standardized construction of emergency management systems, and cross-border engineering safety governance. This reflects the industry’s high recognition of the company's effectiveness in safety production management and its innovative practical capabilities.
