At the opening ceremony, Li Chao set forth requirements centered on three aspects: a sense of mission, staying on the right path, and a results-oriented approach. First, participants must keep the bigger picture in mind and foster a deep sense of mission. All trainees should shoulder heavy responsibilities and deeply integrate their own duties into the broader landscape of international development. Second, they must adhere to the right path to achieve steady and sustained progress - uphold an international perspective, hone professional capabilities, abide by a rule-of-law mindset, and leverage digital and intelligent tools, thereby enhancing the corporate brand image in overseas markets. Third, they must persist in a results-oriented approach, applying what they have learned by transforming learning outcomes into work strategies and key initiatives for overcoming challenges, empowering business development through enhanced capabilities, and fully boosting the company's high-quality development.

The training was closely aligned with the core needs of international business, featuring professional courses such as Global and Domestic Energy Development Planning, International Engineering Contract Management, EPC Project Risk Management, AI-Assisted Contract Risk Review, and Excellent Leadership. It also incorporated interactive sessions like case studies of super projects, roundtable discussions, and project presentations, as well as recreational and practical activities including a badminton tournament and emergency drills. All trainees devoted themselves to learning and actively engaged in discussions, humbly seeking knowledge and exploring true insights from renowned instructors, while engaging in discussions and mutual learning with industry peers. Through the collision of ideas, they broadened their professional perspectives, and through in-depth exchanges, they solidified the foundation for collaboration.

Li Mo pointed out that the key to thriving business lies first and foremost in having the right people, and the foundation of a strong enterprise rests on its team. He expressed the hope that all participants would take this training as a new starting point, keep their mission in mind, stay true to their original aspirations, and work diligently to contribute their core strength to the company’s high-quality international development.
